Amescorp uses the best grade material and built a 5 star granny flat. They provide 10 lineal meter PU kitchen cabinets, floor to ceiling tiled bathroom and great flooring tiles with best selection, stone benchtop and many other premium features. Their structural , foundation, frames and roofs are all superb quality and engineering. The Team both office ( Carl, Alisha, Jess , James ) are very professional and helpful and the site team led by Steve the supervisor is friendly and easy to work with. They are not trying to upsell anything nor chasing variations. They deliver all works within the agreed contract. They engage the best tradies and Subcontractors who are a very friendly, professional and did a great job. Amescorp is a 5 star builder that goes above and beyond and spares no cost or resource to provide an exceptional build. The only criticism or area of improvement, if i have to add a negative, is at handover they were bit slow to finish all works and handed over the site with some minor finishing works and touch up outstanding, which i am still chasing to close .
